The Dashboard is the primary landing page after signing in to PolicyNote. It provides a centralized view of legislative activity, alerts, news, actions, and other information across projects.
The Dashboard is fully customizable. Users can choose which widgets to display, arrange their layout, resize widgets, and filter the information displayed by project. Dashboard customizations are saved at the individual user level and do not affect other users within the organization.
Filter Dashboard Data by Project
The Project selector at the top of the Dashboard controls which project data is displayed throughout the page.
Available options include:
- All Projects, which displays information from every accessible project.
- A specific project, which limits Dashboard data to the selected project.
Widgets such as Policy Map, Bills by Status, Bills by Priority, Bills by Position, Recent Updates, and New Alerts automatically refresh to display information for the selected project.
Filtering by project allows users to focus on a specific client, issue area, or legislative initiative without displaying unrelated information.
